Why we're different to many web companies

Without wanting to sound cheesy, we want to do what's right by the customer. We're late 50s early 60s, and simply want to work with people we like and whose businesses we like. For us it's about enjoying what we do and hope that people feel the same about working with us.

WE'RE LOCAL - We both live here in Ventnor, as opposed to an online-only company. You will deal with us, and only us. Never ever some support desk on the other side of the planet.

FACE-TO-FACE - We like to meet our customers in person. You get to see what we're like, and we feel it's a more natural and relaxed way of dealing with people. After all, people deal with people.

WE'RE DOWN-TO-EARTH - We just two ordinary people. We're relaxed and laid back, and want clients to feel the same.

WE'RE SMALL - We're a small business that loves working with other small businesses. But we pack a punch in terms of client satisfaction and attention to detail.

WE'RE NOT DRIVEN BY MONEY - Designing websites for clients is a passion, rather than a dependable income. We often spend more time working on a website than perhaps we ought to for the price we charge, but that's simply because we're not money motivated and want every customer to be delighted.

WE'RE HONEST - To earn a client's trust, we believe it's important to be open and completely transparent. If we can do something a cheaper way and save you money, we'll tell you. If there's a better way, but it's more expensive, we'll tell you. But explain why. Even if we don't think you need a website, we'll tell you.

NO HIDDEN EXTRAS - There are no hidden extras, and we don't mark up third party costs like SSL certificates, hosting, or setting up a new domain. In fact,  you would pay for these directly, not via us, so you know you are truly getting these at cost price.

NO MONTHLY FEES - Many online website companies charge a monthly subscription. We only charge for our design time. We will create a website that you can change the content of (the text and photos), so you don't need to involve us. So once the initial design is paid for, there are no ongoing costs (except the annual hosting fee which you pay for directly).

YOU'RE IN CONTROL - It's important that a client holds the keys to their website so you will own the design copyright to your website. We don't tie clients into contracts. At any point you can choose to move to another provider should you want to. But we hope that our honesty and our friendly and professional approach will reaffirm that you made the right choice.

COMBINED TALENTS - One of us is technical, with over 40 years in the world of IT, including websites. The other a designer, with 40 years in graphics and interior design. So between us we are more than able translate everything you tell us into a fabulous and effective website.
